Complaint from Andy Smith Lexington, KYover 1 year agoDoesnt post prices, wont disclose cost upfront. Adds on services you did not want, doubling cost. Even if you say in advance no add on, they still add. If you challenge after, they say "thats new cost". But cant prove wrong, b/c nothing posted. Also damages items & refuses to fix or replace. Never gives refunds. Manager yells and rude to customers
